In making reservations the desk person had thick accent making him hard to understand. Then there was a series to steps attached to an email to pay that did not work after three tries. This is followed a second set of emails to confirm your making the reservation which I think worked as I had no problems on checking in. Lastly all the garbage cans on the property were full and overflowing. The ladies that worked there were fantastic. The outdoor shelter was occupied so they got us chairs to sit in the shade of the fence and put our refreshments on ice in the cabana sink without asking. I'd ask for rooms on the east side as the west faces freeway and hot afternoon sun.

First off they messed up my room, I reserved 2 beds and they gave me a room with only one bed. It was irritating but not a deal breaker. It got bad when we got to the room and the sheets and pillows were filthy, there terrible stench in the room, also there was a good bit of hair in the shower. We ended up loading everything back in the trucks and went home that night. Absolutely awful experience and would not recommend staying here. You’re better off sleeping in your car under I5.

Except clean your first night, but after that they don't clean. I stayed here for a month while working in a different location. You get one clean towel to last a week. Theres only 1 small can outside to throw your garbage in & it's always full with garbage sitting around it (sits for days full). I could care less that the rooms were beaten up. The lack of cleaning inside & out is horrible. This place is cheap for a reason.

The walls are thin and loud. Our neighbors were very loud along with the parking lot. The toilet seat wasn't attached to the toilet. The lady at the front desk was really nice and very helpful.
