Waiting in the drive through close to 25 minutes couldn’t back out was another vehicle behind this drive through is by far the longest wait 😩 absolutely ridiculous!!!!

If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would. I drive a large tow truck for a living and certainly can’t fit through a fast food drive there anywhere. With the state of our world I have gotten used to walking to the drive through window and placing an order that way. In most cases any employee will see my uniform and understand that I can’t take my vehicle through the drive through and allow me to place an order. Tried to get some breakfast this morning at the start of my shift to find the lobby doors locked, which is a surprise due to the fact that all the other local fast food establishments have open lobby’s at this point, so I walked around to the window. Stood there for about 10 minutes in below freezing temperatures trying to get the attention of one of the employees inside that were doing their best to ignore me. Eventually came to the window and told me I can’t order here closed the window. No cars in the drive through, plenty of staff inside doing nothing. Comes down to laziness and discrimination. Really disappointing.

Ever time I get my order it is wrong! Since there are only 1 or 2 choices of fast food why why why can't they just get your order right! So expensive and you can only go back so many times. Get some competent employees
