Took our money too on a Covid cancellation, never responded to calls, emails, texts, or written complaints from the Washington AG office. There's a reason you can't book anymore on their website or use a credit card- they have a huge file …

Booked 2 nights for a nearby Gorge concert originally scheduled September 2020 that was moved to a different location (Seattle) in October of 2022 due to COVID. Tried multiple times to reach Tim and never heard back. So I'm out the $296 I paid him in advance.
