The pond on the other side of the road by Harlen park( it's triangular shape) can people fish there. Who can I talk too.

If it is on Elks Lodge property theres no fishing and I think its posted. If u can get to it from Harlen Park then would think it public ? Unless you go through other property to get to it ?
