Very disappointed with the service they had my car four days. Finally get it back Saturday thinking everything is tuned and adjusted properly.I had got two amps and a subwoofer box and an Alpine PXE DSP installed the processor is buried in the corner of the car on top of another amp very difficult to get to or adjust and they threw away my Mark Levinson factory amp saying it was in water from a leak inside the car the factory amp worked perfectly never had a problem and they put my DSP processor and a amp in the same location where this leak was so if I want to switch back to the factory system I can’t I just don’t like the way things was done or handled from the beginning to the end of the the process if I’m paying $2637.03 for services and $1060.00 just for labor it should have been done more professionally. I won’t ever do business with them again!!

Ryan was a pleasure to work with. He problem solved my vehicles specific needs. He is very knowledgeable and the pricing was accurate and fair. Stereo West went the extra mile to take care of my needs. They were quick to resolve issues that were of my own making. They are very accommodating and understanding. That depends on what all you are looking for in the system. Prices for the deck can be reasonable to high.
Prices are dependent on what type of system you want installed. I would plan for at least $150-200 minimum for anything decent. Higher quality is gonna be more! Talk with the Manager if possible. Unfortunately in my opinion, the regular staff act like they are either too busy or simply uninterested to care. I had a bad experience there but the Manager got involved and tried very hard to repair their image. He is the only reason I would even consider going back for anything!
