I attempted to call in an order and the manager put me on hold to get to a computer so she could see my last order. I think that she thought I had hung up but I could hear her and she was taking someone else order and credit card number twice. I called them back and tried to tell them what was going on and they argued with me and said I just hung up so that is what I did and went to the location to order. When I went back in to pick up my pizza I wanted to let them know what I had heard over the phone. I didn’t even get to the point that I had heard someone credit card information before I was dismissed by the manager in an obtuse manner. I have been a loyal customer at Pizza Time and have went out of my way to do business with them sense 1988. Disappointed to tell them that they “F” up and will never have my business again!

Coming for Downtown Puyallup Pizza Time to Spanaway I am definitely not disappointed. The pizza was so good, the sweet chili wings are a must. Fast friendly delivery. Hands down amazing customer service, Amber who took our order and helped us with the different items on the menu was just 🤩 . I want to say she must love her job or just customer service in general. I was blown away on how she didn’t rush us and was actually helpful. We will definitely be back
