My husband and I booked Men's Wearhouse for the tuxes for the wedding. Unfortunately we seemed to have a few issues throughout the process. First they had us hand write out the members of the party, but when we went online later the names were all wrong and it took about 3 weeks to get all straightened out. Then one of our party was disabled and was treated not the greatest when he got measured. One of the tuxes was sent to the wrong city, and they never apologized for it and couldn't tell us for sure where or when the tux would be to their store. We ended up driving to the city it got sent to. Then finally two of the groomsmen's suits didn't fit right. One was two large and another left the groomsmen without being able to breathe or move much without fear of buttons popping and in two small of shoes. That being said, the tuxes looked great and arrived when they were supposed to. The staff was mostly helpful when we were trying to find the other tux. I also understand this is a national chain and is fully dependent on that there are shortages of staff and materials!
