Do not go to this location. I've lived across the street for many years. You will wait a very long time and the food will not be good. I give the location a chance every few months. It hasnt changed. This store is not an accurate representation of Jack in the Box. I grew up to one and was never disappointed. The crew is definitely under staffed and probably under paid. I assume the "owner" will reply to my comment as they have for other 1 Star reviews. You have been getting bad reviews for years. Do you have plans to improve?

I was "trapped" in their drive thru for 34 minutes and there were only 6 cars ahead of me. I seriously considered driving of the huge curb they have to trap you. The staff was rude and the the quality of what I ordered was a 1. Will NEVER go back!

Not sure why the low rating, food was fast, hot, and they got all my requests right. The employees were also friendly. Even let me order in the lobby after it closed since I didn't have a car.

If I could give zero stars I would. Drove out of my way to go here , only to sit for several minutes in the drive thru to be told that “Regular orders “ were not being accepted. They were only doing Door Dash and Uber Eats orders. So I guess they would rather lose longtime customers that pay full price to food services that eat into their own profit. Also if you aren’t serving us “regular “ people in the drive thru maybe you should give Door Dash a heads up and turn off your lights . Sad!
