Always broke down and never willing to communicate with drivers. Place needs management to start making it a better place. Never should take hours to load!

Place is a joke, getting loaded takes forever. Some of the employees are lazy an don’t wanna do their jobs.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean but I am a Janitor out at ADM and I know that I see trucks lined up when I get to work at about 8-8:30am and the last truck usually leaves between 4-5:30.. It depends on the day..
Part of the plant is. Their out if synergy and their rr tracks got washed out.
