Clean store, friendly staff. But this review is about one person in particular. I never caught her name but I honestly can not thank her enough for her efforts. It is Saturday today. I had an electrical malfunction on my truck early this morning. I managed to get the truck into Loves and parked outside the shop. I had presumed that my alternator had failed. When the shop opened I went in and met the lady service manager. She informed me that there was no mechanic on duty today but one would be in tomorrow. So I booked an appointment for then. I had told her that I suspected my alternator. She tried to source out a new alternator. I think she may have had some difficulty and also felt bad that I was cooking in my truck. She came out with a friend of hers on the phone and some tools. She tested the alternator and the batteries. In the end, we determined that I most likely had a couple of bad batteries. She helped me swap them out and got me rolling again. This was not her job. She is not the mechanic. But she was eager, friendly and professional. She saved me at least 24 hours of waiting. And never billed me for her time. An absolute 5 star service. I would definitely come back here!
