The service technician discovered that the repair order was in progress by the vendor so he closed our the ticket but he gave us very helpful information. He helped us with issues with the stove, plus our refrigerator and microwave. He also indicated the need for a home warranty beyond the factory warranty. He was very helpful. Would do business again with A&E.
