Remember Klinkes isn't just a dry cleaners. I've taken a skirt and to get a zipper replaced. I've also taken in a purse to get fixed.Thank you for the 5-star review, Cathi! We appreciate the kind words and you're absolutely right - we offer alterations service as well! Our sister company, Zip n Stitch, does a great job! Thank you for highlighting that extra service. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Use Sherman Ave location for my weekly dry cleaning. Everything done on time and no issues. Price for shirts is a little expensive so use coupons. Need to update closing hours on Yelp because shows 6:30 but closed at 6:00.Thank you for the 5-star review, Steve! We appreciate the kind words and we'll look forward to seeing you again soon!

I ask for stains to be taken care of on an outfit and two other items. I pointed out the spots on each piece. I picked them up and ALL the stains were still there. They asked for FULL payment. I was truely disappointed. I know they should be paid for their services, BUT when the job wasn't done properly, why charge the FULL price . I did question the clerk about that, but her answer was, the genleman should of told you when I dropped them off.

I am really disappointed in the overall quality and service here. I have always been a fan of Klinke Cleaners but only have used the one by the mall (which is sadly permanently closed now). I brought two work pants, very delicate and …Hi Maimoua. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service at our Sherman Avenue location. We'd like to try to make things right by you. Hi Virginia. Yes, we do sell our plastic garment bags for 20-cents each. However, we don't recommend you store garments in our plastic bags for long term storage. The issue is: over time the bags will slowly break down. This is by design. We mainly have customers that want to buy them to use in packing for a vacation where the bags will only be used temporarily. If you are only trying to store the garments for a few months then our plastic bags will be fine.
