Petco Grooming is great because they accepted our dog being a little hesitant the first time. Unfortunately, the PetSmart we tried first was not as welcoming. Very friendly faces of staff.

We got a Djungarian hamster there for about $16-20 (a tiny variety). Just budget for a big enough habitat for a dwarf (about 24"x12" ) and a 9" ball and wheel also for that size! It adds up.
If I'm not mistaken I think it's everyday until 2 even on Saturdays
