Worst customer service . Bankers not available as well as manager all the time you call. Not only in the pandemic, but any time. Answer is always that we are short staffed. Its difficult living in a area where there are few banks. My only regret is that I joined this bank with my business 6 years ago. Most of the time that you call them the person who answers does not understand anything about banking (when you explain them your reason for calling or banking queries that you have). Simple banking verification letter , is a challenge to get from them. Never write reviews on local business, but this is a national brand bank that have people working in this branch is totally incompetent, lack customer service skills, feels like they are doing you a favor. Totally Frustrated.

Don't know whats going on at this branch been here three times in last 10 days lines out the door. One teller Two other tellers sitting in corner talking to each other doing nothing. Seemingly no urgency to speed anything up. Pretty shoddy operation.

I am very dissapointed at wells fargo. My wife and i have been loyal customers for more than 13 yrs. We do not bank with anyone else but wells fargo. I was given a fake 100 dollar bill, the teller told me that i should check my money before leaving the bank, i could not believe she said that.I lost $100, in the middle of this pandemic i cannot afford to loose any money. They basically said to deal with it. Please make sure they check your bills before you leave. That was a horrible experience. I am not going to bank there anymore.Hi, Pablo.
