I have spent thousands of dollars here and the doctor is great but the front staff needs help. Absolutely no customer service skills and Barbara likes to talk over you on the phone. You should help your customers and give them options, not argue with them over the telephone. Will not be returning. She also needs retraining!

I first found out about the location in Country Club Dr. in Titusville via Facebook. I knew my children were due for a cleaning, exam and x-rays so I immediately called to make appointments. The girl who I spoke with on the phone was named Glenna, and she was very friendly, helpful and informative. Right off the bat, she gave us a great impression of how this office is ran. When we went to our appointment, it was very clear that this location is ran like a well oiled machine. We observed how all of the staff, from the girl at the front desk all the way to the dentist effectively communicates and works together as a team. Everyone we came in contact treated us with so much professionalism, respect, kindness and compassion. Even my 3 year old loved it, and ever since our visit, she has been so enthusiastic about our teeth brushing routine. All in all, we had a fantastic experience at this location and will absolutely be back. Thank you Christie Dental on Country Club Dr. In Titusville! 10/10 stars!
