Gayla, Thank you for your questions regarding rental vehicles from Dale Howard Auto Center. The answer is yes we do! At any given time, we typically have between 10-20 vehicles available for rental as part of our Courtesy Transportation program. These vehicles are also available to loan out to customers that have vehicles in our service department, so a little advanced planning will give us the best chance to be able to fulfill your needs. As of December 2018, our rental rates are $45 per day for a car or midsized SUV, and $70 per day for a truck or full size SUV. Those rates are subject to change, so please reach out to our Service Department at (641) 648-4691 to determine vehicle availability and the most up to date pricing information. Patrick, Thank you for your reaching out to our team here at Dale Howard Auto Center. Our service department offers complimentary pick up and delivery within a 30 mile radius of the dealership. When you make your next service appointment, just request our free pick up and delivery service. Our team will pick up your vehicle from your home or office, get your requested maintenance or repairs completed, and return the vehicle back to your desired location in a timely fashion. In the event you'll need transportation while your vehicle is being serviced, just let our team know and we'll leave you with one of our courtesy transportation vehicles to use while your vehicle is in our care. Hi Traci, Thank you for contacting our team in regards to our service department's hours of operation. Our service team is available to meet your vehicle's maintenance and/or repair needs Monday thru Friday from 8 am - 5:30 pm, and all day Saturday from 8 am - 5 pm. In the event those hours do not work for your schedule, we also offer early bird and night drop off, in addition to free pick up and delivery service within a 30 mile radius of the dealership during our regular business hours.
