I had a horrible experience between the service departments and the sales department. I was treated very rudely by the service department. The service department was not friendly and talked down to me. I asked to see if they would take my car in for a trade in as it needed over 5000 in repairs. They said I would get $150 I than went to talk to the salesman and he stated as I was walking to the car that he was going to make a sale tonight, as we were test driving and I mentioned that my friend had a car destroyed by a tornado and towed in by Gabus they still gave her 500 for a trade in and mine was only going to be $150 and I have been an customer for over 5 years and Gabus was the only one who had ever touched by car for repairs and oil changes. He stated the service department is nice to me and that is the only thing that matters. You have lost a customer for life and I will never buy or repair a car there again. If you are looking for honesty do not come to them.
