I attempted 4 times to contact this person. On the 4th attempt she finally responded. She said her internet and phone lines had been cut by workers on the highway. If that was so how did she sells the puppies and if everything is done by appointments only and supposedly you couldn't get a appointment if all her available means of communication were cut off. Getting back to when she finally did return my attempt. She agreed to send me pics and videos of the puppies I was interested in purchasing. It has been almost a week and I haven't received neither pic or video. But she has sold one of the puppies I was interested in purchasing. What would be your conclusion?
