if Im being very honest, I've heard so made terrible things about this place and thankfully I did not listen because my experience has been phenomenal. First and foremost, Keemia is amazing, she understands the questions and concerns that the residents have. She very friendly, always has amazing energy and brings light to the office. She makes her residents feel comfortable and makes our stay as comfortable and easy as possible.

Randomly started charging me and my roommates extra for rent. We moved in and the apartment was absolutely gross, we have a roach infestation, our floors were coated with something sticky, the lock on our door stopped working and we had to get a new one, our balcony floor was absolutely trashed as well as the rooms, the door to our balcony is broken and hasn't been fixed, and our fridge does not work half the time and the area is extremely dangerous especially for females!!! The office staff has never answered the phone for me nor my roommates or answered any of our emails even during business hours, we have left many voicemails for them and messages to call us back but they have never addressed or answered them. The gym needs to be improved as well most of the equipment is broken and they do not have sanitizing wipes they have paper towels so it is not a sanitized gym either. My roommates and I have had so many issues with Coastal Club and will not be returning next year!!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of visitors parking there is, I have been looking for parking for almost an hour it is 11 at night and all I want to do is visit my friend and can’t stay without fear of being towed.
