The salesman Shawn was very helpful and professional. He gave me a thorough overview of what my home needed as far as a unit and then gave me several options. I felt no pressure to pick most expensive. He explained what each unit did and the warranties on them. Very kind and price was half of what other companies were charging for same install of unit. Technicians, Cowboy and Rick, were friendly and efficient and left area cleaner than when they arrived. Highly recommend this company!

My parents bought a new Goodwin Air Handler and Condenser for me had the old system removed it was a Trane. It 20 years old and worked inefficiently. Florida Breeze installed this new system and the compressor on the condenser didn't last 4 months. The technicians are courteous and seem professional and very timely but for the system not working through this summer is pitiful. Installed May 2022 not working as of August 24,2022. Glad they bought the 10 year warranty. But now my life is going to be hot and humid. I am waiting on parts in a time when we are having global supply issues. Just absolutely horrible. I am on a fixed income due to medical reasons that are now going to be excerbated by this failed system.

Their service response time and ability to diagnose system problem is very good. However their cost for parts, testing and visit is a little above average. Additionally, it takes them too long to get repair parts and then schedule work. They seem to push a little to replace entire A/C system when repair cost is half of new system. I was actually surprised that their cost for a new system was very reasonable- less than $6000, including labor. Other companies wanted $8K. Nevertheless, I went with a different company, primarily because of total repair cost and they could get my AC fixed 5 days instead of two weeks.
