First time trying Pacific Pizza tonight, and my wife and I loved it! Pizza was super fresh, and tasted amazing. Also, their ranch was fantastic. 10/10 will be going back.

Its okay. The marinara sauce is overly sweet - way too much added sugar. The chicken wings were dried out, overcooked chicken is the worst. …Thank you for your review. We do call our customers if an order is sitting for awhile. We want the order in our customers hands as fresh as possible. So we call the customer as a courtesy call. We apologize for calling out the wrong name it happens on busy days. It gets loud in the restaurant and the phone person could have heard your name wrong. We’ve won neighborhood pizza shop of the year 4 years in a row and we’re grateful for our Tower District community supporting a locally owned and operated shop.

Ordered today pizza (was really good) along with the pacifica salad. I was very disappointed. The lettuce was brown underneath. Tried calling but kept getting hung up on.Thank you for the nice review and rating. I spoke with my crew and informed them not to sell any more salads today. We apologize for any inconvenience. They did inform me the phone hung up on your call but they spoke with you on the next call back. I did see the picture you posted and we have no problem remaking the salad. If you’d like you can call us tomorrow for a remake. We’re sorry for the inconvenience but their has been quality issues with salad that is delivered. We received that product 2 days ago. I did inform my employees not to sell anymore until new product comes in. Thank you and take care.
