I would call because I registered my family online for testing and showed up at our zip pass time and their registration was down and turned out they didn't accept our insurance. So tests would have been 150 each test. I would definitely call!
Yes, we do have to collect the copay at the time of your visit.
Yes we do accept Medicaid. We accept the State of Illinois Plan, Molina, and BCBS Community Health Plan.
