All the employees were extremely friendly and kind. The food was oh so good. I highly recommend Marco's pizza.

I give it 2 stars because majority of the time I order it is delivered made wrong or half of what I ordered is not delivered. The making of the food is squarely on the people inside and the delivery is on the driver to make sure the order is all there before they leave. Its been rare that my order is delivered correct and all together without having to make another trip or get "credited" and never actually get the credit. I've worked in food service, so has my husband (who has worked for other pizza companies for 13+ yrs) and I am at a loss of why there is so many issues. I understand what all it takes in the food industry but if you are satisfied sending out wrong orders or incomplete orders to customers then you need to re-evaluate your standards. I feel like a "karen" every time I call about my order being wrong but what I order is printed right there in big bold letters on the receipt attached to the box. We have been ordering from our local Marco's for 6+ years now and the quality has been getting worse and we keep giving it "another chance" but I think we won't be ordering anymore.

My wife likes Marco's, as she usually gets a cheese pizza with alfredo sauce. This time, we stopped there for lunch and I ordered the usual cheese pizza with alfredo sauce for her. I ordered it with thin crust, which probably was my mistake. When we got home with the pizza, she opened the box to find a dry, burned looking disk that could have been a cheese pizza with alfredo sauce. She tried it, but was very disappointed as it was not good at all. She said that she wouldn't want to go back.

I've lived in Belleville for about a year and a half and last week was the first time I finally got to try this place. I love pizza. I'm not very picky but there are certain chains I prefer over others and unfortunately are super pricey. I looked at the menu here and they had fantastic deals. I spent not even 20 for a large pizza and cheese sticks with extra marinara vs the 30 at other places. Lemme tell you that pizza was fire. It did remind me of little Caesars BUT it was way better and way worth it. The place was clean and the staff members were super nice. I'm actually thinking about getting something tonight again, which made me want to write this review. I don't write many reviews, but when I do it's because I either really hated it or I really loved it.
