I have had the most problems all day trying to get some information. Miss Cassie is the only one to have helped me all day try to solve my issue. You can tell she is passionate about helping people and is a vital asset to this place. I’ve never had a bad experience… but I’ve never had a great one until today either. Thank you Miss Cassie for all of your help, time and consideration. If you get the opportunity to be helped by her consider yourself lucky. She’s likely the only one who will.

Very kind and courteous staff. I came in for a vaccine shot and they provided clear instructions with very little wait time. The facility is also very clean which to me is surprising for a county health department.

It is from my understanding that if an employee has been diagnosed with any communicable illness, the staff must phone everyone they have come in contact with and ask that they monitor their bodies for symptoms. If one should have symptoms then, the individual must go to the nearest testing site, await results, and follow universal protocols and precautions.
