Quiet older RV campground that offers friendly staff, nice pool, clean restrooms, well maintained roads & sites with picnic tables & fire pits, propane, fishing bait & tackle, laundry, ducks and donkeys. Convenient to post office, shopping, and restaurants. Looks like mini golf is under renovation and has been for awhile. Two eyesores - 1) Long termers (approx 6-8) on back row need some serious cleaning of their RV's and sites. 2) stored autos, SUV's, trailers, mini van, carnival fast food trailer, RV's sitting with expired tags and some appear inoperable. Would visit again if in area.

Stopped here specifically because they have a pool. Pool closes at 7pm. We headed to the pool at 6:20pm. Told by staff pool closed already! We have stayed here 3 or 4 other times without any issues. We will NOT return again! I'm handicapped I need to cool my painful legs after a long drive.

There is a very nice looking pool at Kampers Lodge. Our stay there was pre Memorial Day. At that time there was a crew preparing the pool for opening day.

400 plus electric,. Really nice place, ive been here 2 years on a job! Awesome people that go out if there way to help you! On site laundry, and propane refill, putt putt golf and a pool!
We are open year round, 7 days a week. Our office, Bait Shop and Propane facilities are open from 7:30 am and close at 6:30 pm everyday 365 days a year. Come on out and see us, we are happy to serve you!

I paid $35 a night but I had Good Sam's if you have Good Sam's that's what it would be.

Not currently. They did at one point until someone made it a complete mess. Takes one person to mess it up for others. It's a great place and the staff are kind and helpful.
