When I got my first car they shredded my title and then proceeded to call and ask if I or my dad had. I never received my personal license plates at all. And it’s been years since I paid for them. They take hours and hours to actually get two people done with.

This particular office is bad. Been to other DMVs in the state. None are full as many rude and unhelpful people. Every time it seems I need multiple trips because relevant information wasn’t made available to me. Today it was Carla. So unhelpful. So bothered by my need to transfer a vehicle title. I used to think it was the old dude in there, nope. That guy is gone and they are just as rude and unhelpful as ever. I cringe hearing them talk to customers while they assist me. Weird to be paying someone’s salary as a taxpayer and feel contempt from them. Warning to the young folks working here, your older colleagues are not role models, they are showing you how not to do your job.

Go to Sandusky if they are open . Its 301.00 for title and license plates.. taxes are 7.25 and there might be a county tax dont remember on that part
