This place rips you off by hiring contractors that over price for simple repairs. I just needed drywall installed over an area that needed one sheet. They offered to charge $1000.00 for the repair. I found a more reputable company that did everything completely for $225. Do your research.

Very helpful in a time of trouble. Would recommend for restoration! Also, I had them design a bathroom remodel and I’ve been very pleased with the progress!

I hired R&K to do water mitigation and repair the damage done. Patrick the owner was very curtious and helpful. He explained what needed to be done to repair my house. He was flexible with me and kept me informed of the status on the materials and other items needed to complete my repairs. Once complete the areas they fixed looked great and totally changed the look of my house. Overall I would recommend using this company to repair or upgrade your house

Yes we do.
Yes we do.
Unfortunately every house is different so some homes can take 3 days and others can take weeks depending on how much water and how long it sat wet.
Many factors come into play when drying out a structure. Sometimes flooring, walls and other materials have to be removed and replaced.
Remodelings can range from $3000-$20,000+ depending on many factors.
Typically kitchen remodeling can range from $5,000-$50,000+ depending on many factors.
Most often no. Smoke odors can get into many areas and can be difficult to remove even for professionals.
It all depends on the extent of the damage, we can help you with making a determination.
It's best to call us for an exact estimate, but prices ranges from $299-$499+.
First shut off the water to your property, then find out where the water came from. Have a plumber or yourself fix the issue immediately and then call out a water damage company like ourselves to help with the drying process.
Yes and no, most often we all know what mold looks like, but legally we can't says its mold until testing has been done to confirm it.
Great question, Once we have tested and confirmed there is mold in a home we set up a containment in the areas affected. We then place specialized equipment in the containment and outside the area to help filter and control the air. We then suit up in safety masks and equipment and start removing/cleaning any materials that have been affected. Some stuff like structure framing can be cleaned, drywall and carpet will need to be removed and replaced. Once we are done with this, we use special vacuums to remove all the possible settled spores. Finally, we test the are to see if we had successfully removed the mold. We typically hire a third party company to do the final testing to make sure there is no conflict of interest.
Mold remediation requires specially trained professionals that risk their health to help remove toxic mold from business and homes. One example of why coats are so high would be that the department of labor requires a supervisor outside of confined spaces like crawl space in the event of an emergency. With higher risk jobs come large costs to reflect the level of risk. You should expect a professional experience, with mold remediation the key is the removal of the mold and spores. Containment will be set up and specialized equipment will be set up to help with the removal process.
Water damage can cause short and long term damage to flooring, walls, ceilings and other building materials. If not professionally dried it could result in mold and rot. If you end up having a water heater that breaks it's best to call us here at R&K to help respond to your emergency. We will help recommend if it's best to get your insurance company involved or not. It's not recommended to try and dry it yourself unless you have a very small amount of water.
Yes, we can test and offer removal services for your possible mold issue. It's best to expect about $5,000-$15,000+ for mold remediation, we do offer financing options for our customers. It's best to try to no ignore leaks or water damage, this will help prevent mold from growing
