There was only one customer inside when we entered. But the place was a mess. Several tables still had not been cleared. Assumed they had no staff but quickly realized I saw at least 4 employees clocked in. Took 15 minutes to get two cold sandwiches and a side of Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was barely room temperature and one sandwich was falling apart. The staff didn't seem to be bothered to move more quickly, as if service wasn't part of their job expectation. This is the 2nd time coming to this establishment, and now I remember why I waited so long to return. Was not worth even half the inflated prices. Don't waste your money.

We are out of KC . Stopped in Effingham and visited this local store. My favorite is the The Italian, This local sandwich was mostly peppers and bread. Not the normal meat . Really disappointing...

So much to choose from and very good. Good service too. Hope to be back sometime. If you're a (semi) vegetarian like me, the veggie sandwich is great!
