As far as jails go, it wasn't that bad. I spent a few months there a few years ago and the food was actually kind of good, the CO's were nice, and at least in the women's block the atmosphere is fairly relaxed lol

If you've committed a crime, you might not like these guys. That said, they work very hard to keep the Washington County orderly and safe. The current Sheriff is Danny Bradac, and his department also oversees the Washington County Jail, Washington County Emergency telecommunicators, some county custodial/maintenance staff, and courthouse security. Dedicated public servants.

Call sheriff's office and push the jails extension. You can leave voicemails for inmates. Or Google sheriff Dept website. It shows how to put money on their account.
