Terrible customer service! . Ive always paid my bill on time . One time I forget they quick to cut u off with out trying to work with you . I guess that’s their way of making more money by adding a $50 late fee . It’s a pandemic people need their Water! . Lisa Studer .Denise Edwards are terrible !

We have a summer mobile home in Henrico. This summer we were on a 8 week trip cross country and somehow the water bill due was totally got overlooked. When I realized we were overdue a month I called because there was over $50.00 in penalties. Totally my fault but this is highway robbery. What project are you trying to fund off the people that come and buy into your community and and boost your economy. This was and oversight and not a common occurrence. Very disappointed in your unwillingness to negotiate. Fund other ways to fund whatever you are trying to accomplish.
