took my car here to get an alignment the first time the guy said I needed a knock out which I already had done 6 months ago at another shop tried to charge me ago I asked for the paperwork to see what they did to my alignment there machine was broken they couldn't show me but if I needed a knock out why charge me for an alignment? then I take it back to get another alignment for a second time after having more parts replaced and I drive off and my car was making a crunch noise had someone quickly look and saw a bolt was missing and tires were upside down yet when I called the guy said idk what to tell you proceeds to tell me that my shock was to long because its after market part he has to cut it down the shock that has been in there for 6 months all of a sudden after the alignment is to long makes no sense it wasn't crunching before. dont take your car here

Sounds to me like Craven Tire just done some free work.
They are busy, but always helpful. I've met the owner on numerous occasions, and he is a pretty awesome guy.
