Yes I don't no how much tho
Most tattoos are charged by design and detail. Area makes a difference as well. Closer to the bone and nerves is harder to work so at any shop expect more for ribs, hands, feet, and face. Would reconsider face if you are looking a job or out in the sun a lot. Same with hands and feet if you are constant in sun bathing or hand washing such as nurse, Dr, or restuarant worker.
