My Pixel was unfortunately damaged beyond repair, but Ron pulled out all the stops to try to fix it and did not charge me for the attempt. He also helped me find options to restore data from my old phone and purchase a new one. I hope I don't destroy another phone anytime soon, but if I do, I'll be going back to LifeLine!
