They came out to install when they said they qould however would not complete service because plumber had not attached 2 appliances. The tech said to call when plumber completed and that he lived right around the corner and would come over and finish, that it would only take a few minutes to finish. I called on a saturday afternoon and the tach said it would be a few hours, not a problem. Got a call back from someone else saying they couldn't make it till monday. Hope it doesnt freeze otherwise they are going ro be fixinft any problems.

They received great reviews, I called, very nice woman answer's the phone, connects me to saleswomans voicemail....called more than once, left more than 1 message, never received a call back. Sad,.....
