Top Gun Maverick… my first movie in the theater in a few years at AMC 12 in Terre Haute. The place was filthy, the lobby had ice and popcorn all over the floor. The theater was hot and the volume of the movie was so low that I could hear the people around me eating popcorn over the movie. Very disappointing.

The purchasing of online tickets is a bit much. You can buy them online, but when you get there, you have to print them out and hand them to the cashier. So you still have to wait in line, which is ridiculous. When I purchase online, it should give me a QR code or UPC that I can just scan at a self-serve kiosk. The floors in the theater were sticky. The seats don't recline and are not very roomy. The womens bathroom was fairly disgusting. And I felt like the movie we saw was played at the wrong speed. I've seen this referred to as "motion smoothing". Anyways, it made Dr. Strange look like a soap opera. Not a fan.

Love this theater. They have the newest movies and show them on multiple screens. Great place to take the whole family and have a great time. The concessions are a little pricey but that's to be expected with any large theater.

We saw The Batman. Good movie. It was in the afternoon on a weekday, so there were not many people, which is fine with me. My only complaint, which is not the their fault, is that they had no butter or cheese sauce. A movie without buttered popcorn? Doesn't seem natural. Scary to me tho. Shows what this world has become like. A supply shortage.

I want to know how much it cost for one adult and two kids to wa/ch a movie this year 2021 ?
This theater needs a major update. I travel towards Indianapolis to theaters that are much cleaner with recliner seats.
Movie tickets can be anywhere from $15-$30 each depending on the movie's popularity & if it's 3D or not. A Large popcorn, 2 large soft drink combo is about $20 Any candy you buy at the theatre is about $5
I believe it is as James O'Sullivan stated: showings start Thursday night at 7pm.
You buy it at the counter anytime before or during the scheduled showtimes
