Store is amazing! They have gowns for absolutely everyone. Selection is endless and staff is wonderful! Robin was so kind and steered me in the right direction. She is proficient in this industry and it shows. On another note she was so compassionate when I shared with her about my past. Dress came in in less than a week and it is stunning! Have to wait until next May to wear it but I will feel like a princess in it....thanks only to Robin and Foxy Lady!💞😊

I drove over an hour in a monsoon to look for a dress because I had heard this was the place I could find one. I get there and the door is locked with a sign in the door, due to staffing shortage may need an appt but knock on door. There was a lady that saw me and opened the door. I asked were they closed for lunch and she said they lock the door, but to come in and she would ask. She asked another lady, who I assume was the owner and told her I drove over an hour. Her words were, she had to get some lunch, I would have to come back. I said it was ok, not to worry about it. I don’t know how they make it if that is the customer service they give everyone. I would think if I had a customer that had driven an hour in a storm, I would do my best to accommodate them. There were several other people in the store. I sure hope she got her lunch!!! They will never have to worry about getting my business or anyone else I know.

Yowza! If you need a GORGEOUS formal gown, look no further. They have thousands to choose from! The staff was friendly and accommodating. They request an appointment but let us in anyway. (We didn't know...). Thanks for a lovely shopping experience!

They had some very pretty dresses. I was looking for a special occasion and when the sales person came to help me I was told I was not the right size for their store and to look elsewhere as they would not be able to help me. Really? I was astounded and left in tears. I was treated poorly and will never go back to this store.
