Washing machine at home broke so had to come here. Mostly a good experience. The place is clean. Not impeccable but very acceptable. The washing machine options are great. Love the jumbo sizes. The washers are pretty effective and finish their cycles quickly. One thing I recommend is adding a sign or something about whether the machines are HE (High Efficiency) or not. Like I said, I rarely use laundromats, but I wasn't sure if I should add a lot of soap or little. The dryers need to be better though. The size is great, but it would seem my smaller residential dryer is way more efficient than this commercial one. A very small load of just about 15-20 pieces got mostly dry except for a pair of jeans. After 20 minutes on the dryer. The jeans still were not dry. So either the filters have not been cleaned in a while, or it's just setup to require as much time as possible. Either way, I would still use this place in the future if I needed a laundromat.
