Ordered two drinks and a plain bagel with cream cheese my drinks came no problem but the bagel never came the girl that took my order made several bagels after receiving my payment never did she say we don’t have your plain bagel she literally prepared 5 bagels and said nothing to me about mines not being in stock I waiting in vain and I’m upset. I was told by the manger she was new as if that’s on me it’s a lame excuse now I’m late for work and I didn’t get what I came there for thanks

Ordered iced coffee (sweet with cream) and it was PERFECT. Everyone at this location seems to know whats going on (rare). I sat in and worked for a little while and was super impressed by one employee in particular. He wore a beanie and had a "Damage Done" shirt on. He was cranking out drinks like crazy and was so nice! If a manager is reading this, he has earned some sort of bonus!

Very crowded and hot at this location. Decided to go inside because the drive through line seemed long but it was worse inside. The staff seems unorganized, and as a former worker, I could see some of the drinks were not being made correctly. The guy working the register in front was nice, that was the only positive aspect here sadly.

Gave me a sandwich in a bag with the bottom open and the sandwich fell out onto the floor. The picture shows the end of the bag that should’ve been closed.
