Don’t SHOP HERE! I will be calling corporate. His response to me being in the bath and body section for some Aveeno body wash for 10 mins was SO..oh well we short handed. The short handed would of been very good and understanding but for him to tell me OH WELL is not acceptable. He does not know customer service. You can tell by all of his responses to me that he does it all the time. This is not acceptable. By him being a manager or so called in charged. I will NOT go back to this location. At all! Have fun looking at his man bun.

My handicapped mother was denied a covid 19 test inside the store she is handicapped She was told that it was dine thru the drive through. However there was no one in the drive thru for Covid 19 tests. The pharmacist allowed the tech female assistant to deny services when they weren't busy. Why is this Walgreens still open in a predominantly black community. Albeit, they did not deny her paying for her medications and idling her insurance. When I researched appointments for that store and surrounding stores the calender shifts to the next day. Poor customer service. Poor equality of medical service. High quality on milking customer insurance and federal subsidies. #disparity #blacklivesmatter

I will never stop at this Walgreens again. I went in there since I was in the area for face wash and it was nearly $3 more than the cost it is if I buy the exact same face wash from HEB. That's ridiculous!! I'm starting to steer away from Walgreens anyway with prescriptions, now I won't even be buying over the counter products from them. Especially not this location!
