My experience trying to rent from them is poor at best. Their "Licensed Property Manager" doesn't understand that discretionary expenses are sometime deducted on the paycheck and do not reflect the actual net take home. In my case, I am able to have cafe (lunch) deducted from my check as well as voluntary expenses like life, dental, vision, short-term insurances. These are discretionary expenses which affect my take home pay but need to be added in to determine my net. Electric, for example, is more important than these other insurance expenses as one could hardly function without it yet no one mandates that to be a forced deduction in calculating net income. My thought process is that if they are this difficult to deal with then they will not be pleasant as a property manager and they have zero care or remorse for their tenants as has been displayed through my efforts with this company. I feel bad for anyone having to work with them as a tenant. Beware because not only do they lack common sense but they can have a huge negative impact on your life and wellbeing through your property rental.

I am utterly furious with this company. I was hoping to hire them to manage my property. They met me there and Carity Todd was effusive - was SURE she could rent the place - just needed to talk to the management. Didn't call when she promised to, so I texted her and she said "So sorry - not gonna happen!" When I called and texted to find out. WHY - she didn't return my calls. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I'm pretty sure I dodged a bullet.

Caras' Polson staff is always ready to help and friendly whenever I call or come in. Those girls Carady, Codi, and Marcie always have smiles on their faces and have awesome customer service.

Hello Starr, Our standard pet deposit is $300.00 per pet and an additonal $25/month pet rent. Pet deposit is fully refundable, if there is no damage to the unit caused by the pet. Thank you.
Hello Shania, thank you for the question. We don't use a computer driven applicant review system here. All applications are reviewed by our Property Management Team (committee) and it's a team of real people. We review each application and approve or deny based on the criteria on the front of our application form.
