2am water started pouring through the ceiling from the 2nd floor. Called front desk and the guy was clueless on what to do. We never did see anyone so we left early to get home.

Everything was as it always is with this establishment. The hotel clerk- kind courteous professional and above all else friendly!! The room - clean, made up, fresh.....everything I expect the room to be. When staying in Sullivan Indiana, this is the place to stay!! They get all of my business!! Well done!

Upon check in the lady was very rude and didn't listen to anything. Once we did get our room I found a partial bottle of Pepsi in the fridge. When I went to make coffee there was still coffee in the pot and a coffee pouch still in the filter basket. We stay here twice a year and usually its always a pleasant experience.

Positive: Very clean place. Negative: No elevator, requested first floor via reservation. Handi capped person had a hard time with a stairs only hotel to second floor. Waffle machine broken. No quarters for vending machine. Rooms were clean but a lot of out of order signs. Stuff needs fix
