Positive: Breakfast Negative: Being on 3rd floor where there was no working AC in hallways...some kind of discount should be rewarded for being placed on that floor, no ice available up there and rooms not up to Holiday Inn standard...it was just a normal older joint that was ok

Stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. The room was clean and basic, the staff we encountered on all shifts was helpful and friendly. But the biggest perk was how QUIET it was. When we went to sleep at night we were able to sleep soundly, without the usual sounds of slamming middle of the night doors, or folks laughing and yik yakking in the hallways at 1am cause their mama never instilled common courtesy for others. Would absolutely stay here again. P.s. Thank you to the nice lady that handled breakfast every morning!

The front desk girl was on her phone and made me stand there waiting while she continued to text and then acted like I was inconveniencing her by checking in. My bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom door didn’t shut because it was broke and I couldn’t turn on the bathroom lights because they flickered so much. I reported it to the front desk who never even looked at me and just said ok. I have stayed at many Holiday Express hotels and never had any issue with staff and the hotels were nice, this one was bad and I would never stay again.

I had an absolutely amazing time here! The staff were so friendly and the breakfast was amazing! We had a room with a hot tub and it was just an all around comfortable place close to restaurants and other shopping areas. Would give 10 stars if I could!
