As usual I have never had a good experience with Verizon and I guess this location is no different than the rest. I arrived at about 20 minutes before they were closing and they wouldn't even help while there were 3 agents sitting around and another helping the only other customer there. It always appears to me that there is a contest among Verizon properties to see how many people they can turn away. I guess I'll keep trying. One of these days I'm bound to have a good experience hopefully.

Totally unhelpful in setting up a new phone. Told us it would set it up itself using my Google account. It didn't work that way. The folks at the store on CO. Rd 6 were wonderful. Go there instead.We're sorry to hear about your frustrating experience, J. M.. We know how important it is to have your phone all ready to go before you leave our store. We're disappointed we missed the mark and will work to improve our service. We hope you'll give us a chance to make it right next time.

Every time I go here I end up leaving because they take way too long to help people. I'm starting to believe that Verizon is way over rated. For being one of the bigger companies they sure don't do very good business. And the insurance is …Hi Matthew, we're sorry to hear about the issues you had with our insurance.
