This place truly sucks. No hot breakfast. Leaking faucets. You can read a newspaper through the towels. Cable TV very limited. Shower rod falling out of the wall. Doors hard to open with key card. I would suggest pitching a tent to staying here.

A little dated but room was big, clean & comfy. There was a fire door with a busted lock out back though. Seemed a safe enough area though. Very close to Casey to see all the Worlds Largest. Free coffee & breakfast (toast, bagels, mini muffins, fruit) in lobby between 6am-9am which was great.

Positive: Good location Negative: The outside of the building has very poor curb appeal. Lots of weed and parking lot needs resurfaced. The non-smoking room #123 has a bad cigarette smoke smell; especially, the bathroom.

Devon County

The hotel was a little run down but had charm. I am a smoker and it is one of the few hotels that had smoking rooms. The staff was so very friendly and helpful. I will certainly stay again and make it a point to seek this hotel out while traveling.
