All of the other programs, you will lose but will not sustain the loss. Solely because they don't teach you the tools. How to read the labels and ingredients to fine all of the hidden sugars and rancid chemical that are not for our bodies.

I have been struggling with an auto immune disease, that attacks my own thyroid. I was not very over weight, but all my life I was slim.
