This USED to be a great place to take your vehicle. I'm just astounded at the price and service now. I've sent many family/friends here and they've had bad experiences as well. I told them to change a wheel bearing, that's it. Not to check …Hi, Jake. We are sorry that you feel you did not have a 5 star experience at our shop. We provided your vehicle with a courtesy inspection in order to check the safety and health of your vehicle. After inspecting your vehicle, we found that both wheel bearings were noisy, and had play in them. Had we replaced just the one, the noise would have still been there, but more importantly your vehicle would have been unsafe. The $99 is our standard testing fee which includes things like a test drive, checking the steering and suspension, and more. Again, this was performed to ensure the safety of your vehicle. We understand that car repair can be frustrating and expensive, but we want all of our customers to have a great experience in our shop. We would like to resolve this issue and make things right. No they do not...and not sure of a place that does..i think there is a place just south of the mound that does that stuff..h and s machine and auto i think
Good evening Teri, We typically charge $40.00 as a diagnostic fee unless it is an electrical issue that takes more time. Each diagnosis is different so it’s hard to say how long it will take. I would say average is about an hour.
