I live in Fresno and Fresno knows their Mexican food... So when a coworker invited me to eat here,raving about it all day, I figured it would be pretty good... I WAS ACTUALLY AMAZED AT HOW GOOD IT REALLY WAS! The prices were a bit more than I was expecting to pay, but gladly paid and included a gratuitous tip for the service that complimented my meal. I rarely find myself in Modesto, but you can expect to see me at Marcella's everytime I visit! Excellent!!

The sign outside advertised mexican food. The decor was festive and fun. The staff funny and great service. But the food was a total miss. This was more an american spin on mexican cuisine.
