This place used to be really good. The food was tasty and enjoyable. I used to come here for lunch and sometimes on the weekend. Today, I likely ate there for the last time. It’s not that it was bad. It just wasn’t good. The bread was changed for some sandwiches. Urban fries have much less of the toppings than in the past. Shrikflation I understand (and I do not like) but the decrease in overall quality of the food is just something I do not need to accept. Thanks for the memories, Jacks.

4 employees standing around and not one person put in the Mac and cheese. Waiting for 10 minutes when it should be 10 seconds.

Jacks used to be one of my favorites but it has really taken a dive. I'm here looking at blue cheese dressing so watered down it flows past the salad to pool at the bottom of the plate. The salad is wilted. The ruben is soggy. I doubt I'll be back. Too bad.
