Yes, yes, yes to Swain Cleaners! I've had alterations done here on several, formal garments and each time they did a perfect job! They are fast and on time! The end product makes up for the mediocre customer service at this location. Their sister store is Clean Xpress on March Lane. The owner works at this location and is absolutely delightful! I've been a repeat customer since 2000.

It was $50 to raise the hem of a flower girl dress by a couple inches and resizing a blazer is much more complicated so I think it would be safe to believe it would be quite a bit more than $50. They were able to give me an estimate over the phone, so you might want to give them a call with your project details.
