I want to move out of this jurisdiction. I was a victim of identity fraud in late may into early June, and I knew who did it. It was a vehicle too of all things. I wanted to press charges. I had to work way too hard to even file a report. I’m talking it took me a month to get this report filed. Finally an officer helped me file the report, he was incredibly helpful and understanding. But here’s the kicker, he told me detectives would reach out to me in 2 days. Well it’s been almost 2 months, and the person who committed the crime (my ex partner) moved into my complex and has begun harassing me. What is going on with Columbus police at this point? It’s frightening at this point

Consistently the RUDEST and most uncaring cops I've ever met in my life. They'll trap you into anything for a paycheck and lie to you to get there. Everyone in the office/reception has also been extremely rude. I called in an accident once and even that lady was rude and acted inconvenienced that I called because "a bunch of other people have called already." How am I supposed to know that? Sorry for caring. You won't catch me calling them for help.
